When you think about some of the most iconic designs in automotive history Aston Martin has contributed a lot. I especially think that the current generation Vanquish model is one of the best of the bunch, and it just got a whole lot fancier and stylish with the introduction of the 2026 Vanquish Volante, which is a convertible.

Normally when you remove the roof of a vehicle some additional strengthening is required and that adds weight, in this case, according to Aston Martin the Vanquish Volante only adds 209 lbs. That added weight somewhat dampens the acceleration of the Vanquish Volante to 3.4 seconds from 0-100 km/h.
That doesn’t mean it is not a slouch though, it is still powered by the 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V12 making 824 HP and 738 pound-feet of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission The speed is at 214 MPH making it one of the most powerful cars on sale today.
Apart from that the 2026 Aston Martin Vanquish Volante remains the same as the coupe version, but as is with every Volante model that follows the Coupe, it’ll probably cost heaps more.
