Audi PH boosts service capabilities with Specialized Training for Combustion and Electric Vehicles

Audi Philippines continues to strengthen its service capabilities through specialized training that fully equip its team to handle the complete range of Audi vehicles, from traditional combustion engines to hybrid and fully electric models. This milestone was achieved through intensive training sessions led by Martin Whenlock, Manager of Product Support at the Audi Technical Service Center in Singapore.

Better service with Audi PH

Martin Whenlock’s visit to Audi Philippines specifically focused on enhancing the skills and knowledge of the service department. His training sessions were designed to ensure that the technical staff is proficient in servicing all Audi models, regardless of their powertrain. This comprehensive training is part of Audi Philippines’ commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.

During the visit, the training covered several critical aspects. First, the Importer Process Analysis and Workshop Processes were thoroughly evaluated and updated in line with the 2024 process analysis topics. This ensures that the Service Department operates with maximum efficiency and effectiveness, providing top-tier service for all vehicles.

In addition to process improvements, the training placed significant emphasis on the Technical Service Processes for Importer Technical Staff and Workshop teams. The Process Coaching Workshop focused on Service Core Processes and included specialized instruction on the High Voltage Vehicle Reception and Fault Error process, a crucial area for electric vehicle maintenance.

The Technical Coaching Workshop provided in-depth training on advanced diagnostic tools, including the Offboard Diagnostic Information System, a sophisticated diagnostic software essential for accurately diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues. The training also covered the use of the Digital Storage Oscilloscope to monitor the electrical BUS system in the event of a fault, ensuring the optimal performance of all vehicle systems.

Through this specialized training, Audi Philippines’ Service team is even more equipped than ever to meet the needs of its customers. Whether servicing a traditional combustion engine or a fully electric powertrain, the team is prepared to deliver the highest level of expertise and care.
