Bar Exam 2022 will be held for 4 days this month, and with it, different school and university campuses will be used by examinees. Both San Beda University and De La Salle University will be among the testing centers, and the City of Manila has announced the list of road closures and rerouting schemes for the exam’s duration.
Bar Exam 2022 will be held on November 9, 13, 16, and 20
The following streets will be closed near San Beda University:
- Mendiola Street
- Concepcion Aguila Street — only accessible to authorized vehicles (residents within the area only)
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Street
On the other hand, the following streets will be closed near De La Salle University:
- Taft Avenue Northbound
- Taft Avenue Southbound
The closures will be from 12:00 AM – 11:00 PM on the above-specified dates.
Following the closures, the rerouting scheme will be implemented for motorists:
Vehicles going southbound:
- right into Quirino Avenue
- left at Adriatico Street
- left at P. Ocampo Street to the point of destination
For vehicles going northbound:
- right into Ocampo Street
- left into Estrada Street
- right into Taft Avenue to the point of destination
Thus far, only the Ateneo De Manila University has announced that it will be one of the many testing centers for the 2022 Bar Exam. They expect around 2,500 examinees to enter their Katipunan campus and everyone is being warned of potentially heavy traffic on the specified dates. Everyone is advised to plan their travels if they would traverse the length of Katipunan avenue.
