Important road closure, rerouting info for INC Rally for Peace 2025

Today is D-Day. Rather, the day for the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) Rally for Peace. Early morning in the Commonwealth area saw a sizeable number of UV Express units that seem to have been contracted by INC to be their “buses” to and from the venue and traffic was pretty bad at 5:30 AM. We can only imagine how the immediate areas around the rally will be as the day progresses. Here’s what you need to know.

All these are well and good, and at least the information is quite complete and concise for Rally For Peace 2025. However, one thing that is glaring si that despite the indication of a “Start Time” for the new schemes and closures to begin, there is no mention of what time the event will end. That means one thing: the motoring public is now left guessing as to when the normal flow of traffic will return and perhaps give a respite to the already slow start of the day, especially for the northerners of Quezon City.

Many reasons surround the holding of the Rally For Peace, and we aren’t here to knock on anyone for joining or not. What we sincerely hope for, though, is that the Rally For Peace lives up to its name and that it doesn’t lead to any more inconveniences for everyone else who will be using the streets and roads to get around. Besides, gas and diesel prices are due for an increase tomorrow, so having to burn through more that what we usually do isn’t really a good nor a happy thing.

Pax!
