GWM Philippines has introduced a new warranty program aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and confidence in its vehicle lineup. The program covers all GWM vehicles and provides an extensive 7-year or 200,000-kilometer bumper-to-bumper warranty, exceeding standard offerings in the industry.

Effective immediately, both current and future GWM owners will benefit from this extended coverage, which includes a 10-year or 1,000,000-kilometer powertrain warranty for internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles and an 8-year or 200,000-kilometer warranty for key components of electric motor and hybrid power battery for hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs).

This initiative underscores GWM’s commitment to providing exceptional value and a worry-free ownership experience. Bobby Chan, Aftersales Director for GWM PH / Luxuriant Automotive Group, Inc., emphasized that the warranty extension applies to all GWM customers, subject to servicing at authorized dealerships as per the maintenance schedule outlined in the warranty booklet.
