GWM Philippines, under exclusive distributor Luxuriant Automotive Group, Inc. (LAGI), sold 112 units nationwide in June, its highest monthly sales total to date. The figure marks a 50% increase year-on-year and the brand’s strongest monthly performance in the Philippines so far.

The result follows the recent launches of the GWM Haval H9 and Haval H7 SUVs, which have gained traction among Filipino buyers for their design, technology, and pricing. Both models have contributed to GWM’s expanding presence in the competitive SUV segment.

The company’s aftersales division also exceeded its targets for the month, pointing to growing customer confidence in both the vehicles and GWM’s ownership support.

GWM Philippines’ retail and service network has grown to 10 dealerships and eight accredited aftersales service partners nationwide, giving customers wider access to sales, maintenance, and technical support.

“This milestone is a reflection of the trust that Filipino customers have placed in GWM and the dedication of our dealer network and business partners across the country,” said Dax Avenido, Brand Head of GWM Philippines.

“June was a record-breaking month in the history of GWM Philippines, but more importantly, it affirmed the direction of GWM’s brand philosophy of ‘All Powertrains, All Scenarios, and All Users,'” Avenido added. “Our dealers and business partners continue to invest in GWM because they believe in our vision and recognize the opportunities ahead. This wasn’t simply a strong month for us, it was proof that GWM Philippines is steadily establishing itself as a rising force in the Philippine automotive industry. While we’re proud of this achievement, we see it as another step in our long-term commitment to delivering exceptional products, ownership experiences, and value to Filipino motorists.”

GWM Philippines said its growth is being driven by both an expanding vehicle lineup and continued investment in dealer development, aftersales capabilities, and customer support. The company credited its nationwide dealer partners and accredited service network for helping bring the brand closer to more Filipino communities while maintaining consistent customer care standards.
