Honda has announced that the Safeguard Deposit amount collected from their previous customers will be returned.

With the recent lifting of the Provisional Safeguard Bond for imported motor vehicles, Honda Cars Philippines wishes to inform their affected customers that the Safeguard Deposit amount collected will be returned.

The deposit amounts for the Model are as follows:
• Brio (S/V) – PHP 40,000USD 679INR 57,812EUR 654CNY 4,960
• Brio (RS/RS BT) – PHP 60,000USD 1,019INR 86,718EUR 981CNY 7,440
• City Sedan (all variants) – PHP 7,000USD 119INR 10,117EUR 114CNY 868
• City Hatchback (RS) – PHP 13,000USD 221INR 18,789EUR 213CNY 1,612
• Civic (E/RS) – PHP 10,000USD 170INR 14,453EUR 164CNY 1,240
• BR-V (S/V) – PHP 30,000USD 509INR 43,359EUR 491CNY 3,720
• HR-V (RS) – PHP 30,000USD 509INR 43,359EUR 491CNY 3,720

Honda Cars Philippines states that customers will be contacted by their respective dealers. Should you wish to know more information on the refund process, contact is available at any of Honda Cars Dealerships. The customers will be required to present the acknowledgment receipt and any valid proof of identity such as government IDs and passports.
