Isuzu Philippines launches refreshed D-MAX—Priced from P938,000-P1,945,000
Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has unveiled the 2024 Isuzu D-MAX, a pickup truck set to make a significant impact on the market with its blend of power, durability, and advanced features. The launch event took place at the Central Atrium of SM Mall of Asia, featuring various D-MAX variants and an Isuzu 4×4 Action Playground test drive activity from June 20-23 to demonstrate the vehicle’s off-road capabilities and new safety features.
Since its introduction in 2003, the Isuzu D-MAX has been known for its reliability, durability, and fuel efficiency. The 2024 model builds on this legacy with the latest technological and safety advancements. IPC President Tetsuya Fujita emphasized that the new D-MAX is a result of customer and dealer feedback, ensuring it meets modern needs while staying true to its core values.
The new D-MAX boasts a sporty and futuristic exterior, including a 3-Dimension Front Grille with gun-metal and black chrome finish, new LED headlamps with redesigned Daytime Running Lights, and redesigned Fog Lamps with Air Curtain. Additional features include a Cargo Sail bed accessory, 18-inch All-Terrain Alloy Wheels, and a Triple-wing LED rear combination lamp.
Inside, the D-MAX features a “Miura” design interior, wireless charger, 2nd Row Aircon Vents, a 7-inch Digital MID, and a new infotainment system available in 10.1-inch and 9-inch variations with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Connectivity.
The new D-MAX is equipped with Isuzu’s Advanced Driver Assist System (ADAS), including a Gen4 SMART DUO Cam, a 360-degree Around View Monitor, Rear Cross Traffic Brake (RCTB), and a built-in Digital Video Recorder. Performance enhancements include a new Differential Lock system and Rough Terrain Mode, catering to 4×4 enthusiasts.
Powered by the reliable 4JJ3-TCX Blue Power engine, the D-MAX delivers 187 hp and 450Nm of torque. It features a durable chassis and suspension system with exceptional under-chassis protection. The 2024 lineup includes a new D-MAX 4×2 LS-E AT variant and two LS-A variants, each with distinct features.
The new D-MAX comes in colors like Namibu Orange, Biarritz Blue (exclusive to the LS-E variant), Onyx Black, Islay Gray, Satin Pearl White, and Splash White. Prices for the new D-MAX are the following:

Alongside the launch, the Isuzu 4×4 Action Playground offers a test course to showcase the D-MAX’s capabilities. The event runs from June 20-23 at SM Mall of Asia, then moves to SM Cebu Seaside from July 5-7 and SM Lanang Davao from July 26-28, allowing potential buyers to experience the vehicle’s performance and safety features firsthand.
