MRT3, LRT1, LRT2, and PNR all announced that operations will be temporarily suspended tonight.
The news comes in after the strong earthquake that was felt throughout NCR. From MRT3’s official Twitter account, they stated that the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) advised the train lines to not resume operations until after a 5-hour observation period, based on the risk of aftershocks.

LRT1 and LRT2 also posted the announcement of services on its respective official Twitter accounts.

To ensure the safety of everyone, LRT2 will no longer resume its operations tonight to conduct a thorough inspection/assessment of its structures and systems. LRT2 will resume its operations tomorrow, April 23, 2019 at 4:30am.

As for PNR, the announcement was made through DOTr’s Twitter account.
From PNR GM Junn Magno:
We suspended services and sent scout trains to check critical bridges.
We may resume service if tracks and bridges are passable and certified by the PNR Engineering Department.#DOTrPH 🇵ðŸ‡
