Hooray for Nissan Z fans, the brand is finally opening the reservation books for the all-new Z. Starting in October any prospective buyers can head over to the accredited Nissan Z dealerships to get their hands on the model.
However, this isn’t just some normal type of reservation, the automaker is promising that the process will be as fair and as transparent as possible. They are trying to eliminate the unsavory practice of people buying a vehicle and jacking up the price on the re-sellers market.
Nissan Z reservations are now accepted
After listening to public feedback and seeing the overwhelming demand for the All-New Z, Nissan has put in place a reservation process that is transparent, fair, and in the best interests of customers. In line with this, Nissan has worked to finalize the process and open reservations at an earlier date than was previously announced.
Through the reservation process, the allocation of units will be conducted through a raffle system, where entries made across dealerships nationwide will be unified into a single database. This system is meant to ensure that available units of the All-New Nissan Z are distributed fairly, allowing customers to have equal chances of purchasing and owning Nissan’s latest performance vehicle.
To be officially included in the raffle, interested customers are required to submit a completed reservation form and pay a refundable Php 50,000 reservation fee at participating dealers starting October 3, 2023, until January 15, 2024. This fee is deductible to the SRP of the vehicle once a customer completes their purchase.
Separate raffles will be drawn for the Automatic Transmission and Manual Transmission based on the availability of variants. For customers who would like to avail of both, they must submit separate reservation forms for each. Only one reservation for each AT and MT variant will be allowed per customer.
Customers who are chosen during a raffle must confirm their reservations to be able to proceed with their purchase of the All-New Nissan Z. The reservation is non-transferable and the purchase must be made by the customer under whose name the reservation was made, while initial registration of the vehicle must also be in the name of the reserving customer.
For customers who are not chosen, they will automatically be included in the succeeding draw. Should they decide to withdraw from the raffle, they may request a full refund of their reservation fee.
The first raffle draw will be conducted on October 12, 2023, with a cutoff for entries on October 10, 2023. Customers can check Nissan Philippines’ Facebook page for updates on succeeding draws.
