The PNR may be nearing its “end”, but the effort to make lines that are not involved in the closure as useful as possible and to utilize them as much as commuters can is quite commendable. After all, public transport really is for the public and its comfort and convenience. The aforementioned closure is to make way for the construction of the NSCR, or North-South Railway Projects and will see the Metro Manila lines close until its completion.
