Free 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course at LTO-NCR Pasay Licensing Center, June 1-2, 8-9

If you want to take the LTO Theoretical Driving Course for free, you should check out the Land Transportation Office-NCR Pasay Licensing Center. Fresh off an announcement, it has announced two two-day classes that they’re offering absolutely free. But it’s a mad scramble and you may want to register right now because slots are filling up really fast.

Some important reminders you need to know are:

1. Misrepresentation or Falsification is a violation of RA 10930 with a fine of PHP20,000.00 and revocation with prohibition to apply for 2 years. Repeated offense shall warrant perpetual disqualification to acquire a license.

2. The minimum age for application for a Student Permit is 16 years old.

3. You will also be using this email to create your Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) account.

The Land Transportation Office did plan to hold free theoretical driving courses monthly, and if this is a sign that it is going to do so, then this is a very good thing!
