The (early) reservation books for the all-new 2024 Toyota Tamaraw have been opened. A few months before its rumored launch in October of this year, Toyota Motor Philippines is building a lot of hype and giving its customers a multitude of ways to get their hands on its famed and now-modernized workhorse. Payment schemes as well as warranty information are lined up for you below.
Toyota Financial Services gives options for purchasing the new Tamaraw
Meant primarily as a workhorse for businesses, the Kabuhayan On Wheels Financing Program of Toyota Financial Services is making it easier for customers to purchase an all-new Tamaraw. Among the options is a Low Down Payment scheme that only calls for a 10% down payment under the Program compared to 15% with regular financing. There’s also the option for a Longer Loan Term that stretches up to 84 months or a 7-year term. Regular financing is only good for 60 months or 5 years.
Perhaps the most “radical” way of purchasing a Tamaraw is by way of a Weekly Payment scheme. Under this Plan, and these are only estimates so far and may change following the approval of a final offer, the amortization for the first month may be as low as PHP 18,134 with the succeeding weekly payments amounting to only PHP 4,533.50.
Please be informed, though, that the amount of the down payment and the length of the payment terms in the two former options are also subject to the approval of Toyota Financial Services.
Alternatively, there is also a Tamaraw Trade-In Package that allows would-be buyers to trade a vehicle of any brand, model, and age which, after a thorough assessment, may make the customer’s purchase easier and possibly more affordable.
Toyota Insure’s coverage for the Tamaraw
As for the warranty of the all-new 2024 Toyota Tamaraw, Toyota Insure makes sure that its customers are properly covered.
There are affordable insurance packages available to Tamaraw owners and they include coverage for Toyota Genuine Parts and Repair Services, Roadside Assistance, Worry-Free Approval, and a Free 1st Claim Deductible in the event of an accident (this first incidence will have no need for a participation fee to be paid).
The coverage is also customizable and for an added premium, owners are covered with a better price in what Toyota calls Upgraded Loss of Use, that is when a customer’s Tamaraw unit is held in the service center for repairs.
The vehicle itself as well as the rear bodies of Conversion Units as well as some of its smaller parts are also covered by insurance, and they are:
- Vehicle – 100,000 km / 36 months
- Aluminum Van – 20,000 km / 12 months
- Utility Van – 100,000 km / 36 months
- Rear Deck Panel of Dropside Pickup (Rust and Paint Defects) – 20,000 km / 12 months
- Trim parts – 20,000 km / 12 months
- Accessories – 20,000 km / 12 months
