Toyota Motor Philippines launches the new Innova XE variant for PHP 1,375,000
Despite the launch of the all-new Zenix a few months ago, Toyota Motor Philippines still decided to keep the previous model Innova in the lineup. This was mainly to appease those who have a hankering for diesel, and in an even more surprising move, the brand has quietly introduced a new variant that has the recipe to become another best seller.
Toyota Innova XE
The XE is based on the base J model, both have the same 16-inch steel rims with rim covers and non-LED fog lights. Inside the XE it gets non-leather cloth seats, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment screen with steering wheel mounted buttons, and power windows.
Under the hood of the Innova XE is the familiar 2.8-liter turbo-diesel engine that makes 174 Ps and 360 Nm of torque, this is coupled with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Safety-wise the XE has 3 airbags, ABS with EBD, Hill Start Assist, and VSC.
This uber-practical Toyota Innova XE MPV retails for an affordable PHP 1,375,000.
