Chery Auto Philippines has launched the latest Tiggo 7 Pro in the country.
The 2021 Chery Tiggo 7 Pro is the brand’s all-new compact crossover offering. The Chery Tiggo 7 Pro sports the latest design language featuring a large “Sunshine Galaxy” front grille and highlights equipment such as full matrix LED headlights with LED daytime running lights and LED fog lights. It comes with 18-inch two-tone alloy wheels with comfort-oriented 225/60R18 tires.
The car is geared with a 1.5-liter turbo gasoline engine rated at 145hp and 210Nm. This DOHC 16-valve Euro 5-compliant 4-cylinder engine is matched with a 9-speed continuously variable transmission (CVT). Size-wise, the Tiggo 7 Pro is 4,500mm long, 1,824mm wide, and 1,746mm high.
Moreover, it is packed with safety features, including the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Electronic Brake Assist (EBA), Traction Control System (TCS), Hill Assist Control (HDC), Hill Descent Control (HDC), and ISOFIX child-seat tethers.
It also has a Brake Override System, which automatically overrides the throttle when the gas and brake pedals are accidentally depressed simultaneously. The Tiggo 7 Pro also has an Emergency Signal System, which flashes the hazard lights at high speed if the driver suddenly brakes when traveling at high speed to alert the motorist behind quickly.
For the interior, the Tiggo 7 Pro flaunts a glossy and tech-laden look. It comes with a 10.25-inch Infotainment Display, 7-inch instrument cluster, and 8-inch A/C full touch panel. The car is also equipped with a 360-degree HD panoramic camera, providing an all-around view of the car in wide-angle for a safer and assisted driving experience. Besides, the crossover’s cabin features leather-covered upholstery, while the adjustable front seats feature extensive side bolstering.
Furthermore, this compact crossover has a large panoramic sunroof, which has a daylighting area that extends to 1.13m2, allowing users to enjoy the top view.
The 2021 Chery Tiggo 7 Pro is priced at PHP 1,198,000. It is available in four color options: Brilliant Teal, Blazing Black, Radiant Red, and Sporty White. It comes with a 10-year or 1,000,000km engine warranty, five-year or 150,000km general vehicle warranty, free three-year preventive maintenance service, and free three-year roadside assistance.
