The Tedson Motors Project ETNA is a Lamborghini Gallardo restomod

Tedson Motors has announced its expansion into Lamborghini resto-mods with Project ETNA, a reimagined version of the first-generation Lamborghini Gallardo. The project aims to enhance the iconic supercar’s analog experience while integrating modern engineering advancements.

ETNA is designed to be lighter, stronger, and more responsive. Modifications include a full carbon fiber body, custom carbon fiber bucket seats, lightweight titanium exhaust, and a track-inspired suspension adapted from the Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 and Super Trofeo Race Cars.

These changes result in a 200 kg weight reduction, improving driving dynamics. Track width has been increased across both axles for better stability and grip. Tedson Motors collaborated with JRZ Suspension (Netherlands) to develop a bespoke suspension setup tailored for ETNA.

ETNA retains the first-generation Gallardo’s naturally aspirated 5.0L even-firing V10 engine. With re-engineered internals and an improved intake system, the engine produces over 600 hp and achieves a 10,000+ RPM redline. A custom titanium exhaust system enhances the sound, reminiscent of Formula 1’s golden era.

Every ETNA is equipped with a gated manual gearbox. Since E-Gear versions of the Gallardo were more common than manual models, Tedson Motors focuses on converting them to manual unless a client specifies otherwise.

The Project ETNA also features bespoke AL13 R110 19-inch wheels designed in collaboration with the California-based manufacturer. The interior blends modern updates with an analog, classic feel, incorporating high-quality materials and custom carbon fiber seats. Further interior details will be revealed at the Global Premiere in early 2026.

Tedson Motors only plans to produce the Project ETNA as a limited series of 77 bespoke commissions. The Launch Edition will consist of nine units, with deliveries beginning in Fall 2026. The remaining 68 cars will enter production in the same period. Each unit undergoes a 12-month bespoke build process, allowing clients to choose exterior finishes, custom paint options, carbon fiber weave patterns, and unique interior materials.
