It’s been a little more than a year since the MMDA opened the doors of its new head office along Julia Vargas in Pasig City. Aside from the grounds housing the agency’s Riding Academy which is set to open later this year, the processing of transactions and settling of traffic-related fines has also been moved to the facility.

Given the announcement posted on its official Facebook page, the Metro Manila Development Authority is advising the public that services being done at the Redemption Center like the settling of fines from traffic-related apprehension and the processing of clearances will already be done at its new Head Office Building beginning yesterday, July 3, 2023. It can be found along Julia Vargas in Barangay Ugong, Pasig.

Other options available for paying fines are through online payment channels such as the LandBank portal, GCash and Maya, and through the Bayad centers and its app. For those who may be apprehended under the Single Ticketing System, the use of the LandBank portal is highly encouraged.
If you’re looking at going to the MMDA facility in Orense, Makati, this is your reminder to make your way to Pasig instead. It’s a good thing that we are finally seeing more uses for the rather grand building of the MMDA.
