In the Philippines, the Eado line first appeared in 2025 with the introduction of the Changan Eado EV460. The all-electric model was deployed as a fleet vehicle through a partnership between EV Taxi Corp, Inchcape Philippines, and Changan.

The upcoming Eado Plus will mark the brand’s entry into the local passenger sedan segment. It will also be Changan’s only sedan in the Philippine lineup and is expected to be one of the brand’s volume models.

The Eado Plus will be offered in two variants: Lite and Luxe. According to Inchcape Philippines, the sedan is aimed at buyers seeking a practical daily driver, offering a modern design, a spacious cabin, and driver-assistance technology. Regarding pricing, Inchscape Philippines has yet to disclose any figures.

With its feature set and positioning, the Changan Eado Plus is expected to compete in the mainstream compact sedan segment while offering a value-focused option for Filipino buyers.
