Parking slots are pretty hard to come by, especially on weekdays and the morning and weekend rush. About a month ago, MPT Mobility announced the launch of the DIBZ mobile app to allow vehicle owners to find, reserve, and pay for their parking slots in Makati. The app’s coverage has just expanded and this time, it allows you to pre-book your parking slot in SM and Ayala malls.

You read that right. With the DIBZ app, you get to pre-select, pre-book, and pay for a parking slot in select lots and mall parking areas. The company says that it envisions itself as the provider of the leading mobile platform for smart parking and a “hassle-free parking experience”. By using the app, mallgoers can enjoy convenience and time efficiency by reducing time spent manually looking for a parking space.
“While we are now making our mark in the high-traffic Malls in Quezon City, Taguig City, Pasay City, and Pasig City; we will also set our footprint soon in Makati, particularly in the Dela Rosa 1, Dela Rosa 2, and Valero parking lots, as a city with a surplus of vehicles and outnumbered parking slots,” said Leeroy Livias Shoko, AVP of Technology and Business Development for DIBZ. “As we continuously develop our services and expand vicinities, our goal is to ease the parking woes of as many motorists as possible.”
DIBZ is one of the seven existing operating units of MPT Mobility.
