Ford Philippines achieves impressive 42 Percent increase in retail performance over nine months
Ford Philippines has maintained robust retail performance throughout the initial nine months of the year, attributing its success to the stellar sales of the Next-Generation Ford Ranger, Territory, and Everest models. The retail sector experienced a notable surge, with a 42 percent increase compared to the previous year, resulting in 23,091 vehicles sold. September marked a milestone, as Ford Philippines achieved its highest monthly retail performance since May 2020, with 3,391 vehicles sold.
The Ford Ranger emerged as the top-selling vehicle in the Philippines, recording a 22 percent growth in sales from the previous year, amounting to 9,113 vehicles sold. The Ranger’s dominance extended to the 4×4 pick-up segment, reclaiming leadership with 4,396 units sold over the past nine months, securing a substantial 38 percent market share.
The Ford Territory maintained its stronghold in the competitive small SUV segment, boasting a 46 percent market share. Sales witnessed an 8 percent uptick, reaching 6,955 units sold. Notably, the Next-Generation model achieved a significant milestone, surpassing 5,000 sales since its April 2023 launch.

In the mid-size SUV segment, the Ford Everest made a remarkable impact by becoming the second best-selling model with 6,693 vehicles sold, marking an impressive 255 percent increase from the previous year. In September alone, the Everest dominated the segment, selling 1,254 units and emerging as the top-selling mid-size SUV in the country for that month.
Mike Breen, the Managing Director of Ford Philippines, expressed gratitude to the brand’s customers, enthusiasts, and dealers for their unwavering support. Breen attributed the success to the commitment to delivering top-notch vehicles and after-sales services, expressing excitement about concluding another successful year.
Looking ahead, Ford Philippines aims to expand its vehicle ownership in the country through its Year-End Sale (YES) initiative, running until December 31, 2023. YES offers customers enticing deals, including cash discounts, all-in low downpayment options, low monthly fees, or special service offers with the purchase of a Next-Gen Territory or Next-Gen Ranger. Notable offers include a P30,000 cash discount, a P99,000 all-in low downpayment, or a P13,000 low monthly fee for the Next-Gen Territory Titanium 1.5L EcoBoost model. Similarly, the Next-Gen Territory Titanium X 1.5L EcoBoost variant presents options like a P15,000 cash discount, a P168,000 all-in low downpayment, or a P16,839 low monthly fee.
