Luc Donckerwolke, Genesis’ Chief Creative Officer, described the inspiration behind the Neolun Concept, citing Korea’s iconic moon-shaped porcelain jars as a touchstone for timeless design and exquisite craftsmanship.
At the heart of the Neolun Concept is its exterior, characterized by a philosophy of “reductive design,” which emphasizes clean, minimalist lines that eliminate superfluous elements. One of its most striking features is the absence of B-pillars, replaced by distinctive coach doors that enhance both aesthetics and accessibility for passengers.
Moreover, the integration of electric side steps adds a touch of convenience. They automatically deploy when the doors open and seamlessly retract when closed, maintaining the vehicle’s sleek profile.
