In a series of statements released by the automaker on its teaser website, Mitsubishi described the Triple Multi Meter as a feature “born from the PAJERO’s rally heritage” that continues to live on in the upcoming model. The company said the all-new display goes beyond nostalgia, bringing what it called “the PAJERO’s world to life in real time with precision.” Mitsubishi added that the vehicle has been “engineered without compromise.”

The PAJERO first launched in 1982 and has since built a global following as a 4WD cross-country SUV. According to Mitsubishi, the model represented more than just a vehicle for the brand—it embodied the company’s core values of continuous challenge and innovation.

In its teaser messaging, Mitsubishi described the PAJERO’s development process as demanding “patience” and “obsession,” stating that the team worked “every hour of every day” to perfect the vehicle. The automaker said it has poured its full effort into this new chapter, citing “the innovation, the spirit, the relentless pursuit of something greater than before.”

Mitsubishi directed the message to both longtime fans and newcomers to the nameplate, stating: “For those who never stopped believing. To everyone just arriving. The PAJERO is ready to write its next chapter.”

The company has yet to release further details on the new PAJERO’s specifications, design, or launch timeline. More information is expected in the coming weeks as Mitsubishi continues to build up to the model’s official unveiling.
