The 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed, happening this July 9 to 12, will highlight Singer Vehicle Design as the featured marque for its 2026 Central Feature display in front of Goodwood House.

The annual Central Feature has become one of the festival’s main attractions, known for its large-scale sculptures designed by Gerry Judah. Last year, it was Gordon Murray Automotive (GMA) that took centerstage. This time, the 2026 installation by Singer Vehicle Design will serve as the centerpiece of the event, with daily celebrations accompanied by a collection of cars showcasing Singer’s influence on the automotive world.

Founded in 2009 by Rob Dickinson, Singer has built a global following for its restorations and reinterpretations of the Porsche 911. The company combines the classic design of the sports car with modern engineering, materials, and craftsmanship. Each project is built around the company’s guiding principle: “Everything is Important.”

Singer’s presence at the festival will extend beyond the Central Feature. Visitors will be able to see the brand’s stand near the Stable Yard, view its cars in the Supercar Paddock, and watch them run on the event’s famous hillclimb course. Activities across the event will highlight the company’s development and its latest work from teams in California and the United Kingdom.

Singer has used the Festival of Speed to debut several projects in recent years. These include the DLS in 2018, the Classic Turbo in 2022, the DLS Turbo in 2023, and the Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe Reimagined by Singer in 2025. Each of these models made its public debut on the Goodwood hillclimb.

Dickinson, Singer’s founder, executive chairman, and creative director, said the company has benefited from presenting its work at the event for more than a decade. He noted that preparing cars for a global audience at Goodwood has helped shape the company’s approach to engineering and design.

Singer Chief Strategy Officer Mazen Fawaz said he has been driving Singer cars up the hillclimb for more than 10 years and described the company’s selection as the featured marque as a significant milestone.

Chief Executive Officer Raj Nair said 2026 is an important year for the company as the first DLS Turbo restorations are being delivered to customers. Singer has also introduced the Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet Reimagined by Singer and is preparing for its eleventh year at the Festival of Speed.

Charles Gordon-Lennox, 11th Duke of Richmond, founder of the Festival of Speed, said Singer has been a popular partner of Goodwood for more than a decade and frequently uses the event to unveil new projects. He added that Singer’s craftsmanship and engineering make it fitting for the brand to be honored through the Central Feature sculpture.

More details about the 2026 Festival of Speed and Singer’s participation are expected to be announced in the coming months.
