If you want to take the LTO Theoretical Driving Course for free, you should check out the Land Transportation Office-NCR Pasay Licensing Center. Fresh off an announcement, it has announced two two-day classes that they’re offering absolutely free. But it’s a mad scramble and you may want to register right now because slots are filling up really fast.

Some important reminders you need to know are:
- Misrepresentation or Falsification is a violation of RA 10930 with a fine of PHP20,000.00USD 340INR 28,906EUR 327CNY 2,480 and revocation with prohibition to apply for 2 years. Repeated offense shall warrant perpetual disqualification to acquire a license.
