Astara-led GAC MOTOR Philippines has announced the local launch of the GAC International Sales & Service Way (GSSW) program. This comprehensive training initiative aims to improve customer satisfaction across sales, aftersales, and operations management.
Following GAC MOTOR Philippines’ strong performance in the first half of 2024, which positioned GAC as the third leading Chinese brand in the country as of June, Astara Philippines is dedicated to not only achieving high sales but also enhancing service quality at all GAC MOTOR dealerships.
The GSSW program, initiated by GAC International, is designed to ensure top-notch customer interactions. It focuses on three key areas:
The Philippines is one of ten markets worldwide to initially implement the GSSW, aiming to set a global standard. The local rollout began with GAC Sta. Rosa, the latest dealership in the network, serving as the pilot for the program.
“The goal of the GSSW program is to establish a global standard across all GAC dealerships in the Philippines. Through this training, GAC ensures that customers receive a consistently high level of service,” said Todd Yao, an international trainer from the GAC Operations Training Team.
