The Land Transportation Office (LTO) will start releasing driver’s licenses with 5-year validity starting Tuesday, August 29, 2017.

In a report by DZMM TeleRadyo, the newly printed polycarbonate driver’s license cards will feature enhanced security features and will roll out to motorists who applied or renewed their license from October 17, 2016.

Motorists may claim their driver’s licenses with 5-year validity at the LTO Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City, starting August 29, 2017 at 8:30AM.
