Ford F-150 Raptor R Details
According to Ford, the F-150 Raptor R is “the fastest, most powerful, most extreme high-performance off-road desert Raptor yet.” Under the hood is the same engine from the Ford Mustang GT500, the 5.2-liter V8 in the Ford F-150 Raptor R puts out an earth-moving 700 hp and 867 Nm of torque.
Ford Performance achieved this by tweaking the engine and installing a new pulley to the supercharger for better torque delivery in the low-to-mid rpm range. The exhaust manifolds are also stainless steel now, and there’s an upgraded oil cooler and filter, a deeper oil pan, and a wider air-intake inlet and high-flow air filter for greater intake volume.

Apart from the performance upgrades, the Ford F-150 Raptor R also gets a whole host of creature comforts and distinguishing exterior bits.
As silly and unnecessary as it is, we’d certainly love to see this beast of a pickup on our local roads.
