Greenstrum, the EV charging solutions subsidiary of ACMobility, has partnered with Huawei Digital Power to introduce high-power electric vehicle (EV) charging systems in the Philippines. Under the agreement, Greenstrum will serve as a Certified Service Provider.
The partnership covers the deployment and servicing of Huawei’s integrated charging solutions to support the country’s expanding EV infrastructure.

“Through our partnership with Huawei, we’re able to bring more advanced and reliable EV charging solutions into the Philippines in a way that’s built for real-world use,” said Carl Decloedt, Chief Operations Officer at Greenstrum. “Our focus is on getting the fundamentals right, from proper deployment to consistent performance. As a Certified Service Provider, that means making sure these systems deliver as intended on the ground.”
The collaboration introduces high-power chargers capable of delivering 240 kW (SuperFast) and 480 kW (UltraFast) charging. Compatible EVs can charge significantly in as little as 10 to 15 minutes, depending on battery capacity and conditions.
The systems are designed with high-capacity configurations that allow multiple vehicles to charge simultaneously, improving turnaround times and supporting a wide range of EVs, including larger vehicles and commercial fleets.

These chargers are now available for public viewing and use at select ACMobility EV Charging Hubs, including sites in Corinthian and Legazpi. The installations provide a closer look at how high-power charging infrastructure can support faster, more convenient EV use nationwide.
In addition to hardware deployment, Greenstrum offers a full-service model for businesses and fleet operators. This includes electrical system design, end-to-end installation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure charging systems are properly set up and operate efficiently throughout their lifecycle.
