Iloilo Gov proposes design to enable physical-distancing on motorcycles

Iloilo Governor Arthur Defensor Jr. has proposed design that will enable physical-distancing between the driver and back-riding passenger in motorcycles.

The design is a divider consisting of a metal frame, a handle, and with a shield made of non-porous and transparent material, to ensure that no physical contact is made while traveling.

Governor Defensor Jr., submitted the design to the LTO to urge the national government to allow motorcycle drivers to carry passengers while following the physical-distancing protocols.
