Mazda Philippines recently staged its first Invitational Golf Tournament at Mount Malarayat Golf & Country Club, gathering dealer partners, collaborators, customers, and members of the Mazda community.

The event served as both a golf competition and a networking activity, aimed at strengthening relationships in a more relaxed setting outside regular business engagements. According to company president and CEO Steven Tan, the tournament highlighted Mazda’s focus on building connections among its stakeholders.

Participants competed across multiple divisions, with a hole-in-one prize of a 2026 Mazda3 Fastback offered during the event.

In the Ladies Division, Isabel Delos Reyes took the championship, followed by Carolyn Pedro as 1st Runner-Up and Patricia Henson as 2nd Runner-Up.
For the men’s categories, Tyson Sy won Men’s Class C, with Steven Tan and Tristan Calixto placing second and third, respectively. In Men’s Class B, Roy Jeremiah Gonzales secured first place, followed by Nerwin Ordillano and Daniel Go. Benjamin Abalos Jr. led Men’s Class A, with Javier Toledo and Grand Marvin Doria completing the top three.

Lawrence Celestino was named Overall Gross Champion, while Raphael Tolentino won the Overall Net title.
Mazda Philippines also used the event to engage new clients who joined the brand this year, introducing them to its community-focused approach. The company said it plans to continue hosting similar activities that combine customer engagement with lifestyle experiences.
