There have been a couple of leaked photos circulating on social media of a refreshed Honda City, and true enough, after less than a week, Honda Thailand has already put up marketing materials for the facelifted version.

On the Honda Thailand website, they have posted the Honda City with early reservation promos where clients can get a free fuel card, but that isn’t the big news.

They have also announced that the refreshed City will now get two powertrains, with the new powertrain being an e:HEV. The other powertrain, we assume, is still the 1.5-liter naturally-aspirated mill we are all familiar with.

All that said, we feel it’s only a matter of time until we see the refreshed City come to Philippine shores, and hopefully, they offer the e:HEV powertrain as well.
