VinFast Philippines wants to be a brand that challenges the norm, a brand that rewrites the rules. One such program that highlights this is the launch of the “PiliPinas” program.

VinFast officially initiated the “PiliPinas – Your Vote, Your Design for the Future Filipino Drive” program, the country’s first nationwide voting competition to select the design of the future “National VinFast Electric Vehicle”. The program is structured to give the public a direct, decisive role in voting and shaping a new generation of smart, modern electric vehicles infused with a distinct Filipino identity. This effort underscores VinFast’s firm commitment to pioneering innovation, fostering community engagement, and actualizing its “Customer-Centric” philosophy in every strategic step.
As part of the program, VinFast will present 50 entirely new design concepts across five vehicle lines: the VF 5, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9. Each concept will be detailed through four distinct perspectives, including two interior and two exterior images, all developed by the VinFast design team. Every line and curve reflects a modern, innovative, and future-forward ethos, reaffirming the automaker’s dedication to delivering intelligent, zero-emission vehicles that powerfully inspire the Filipino populace on their journey toward global aspiration.
Participants are invited to vote for their favorite design for each vehicle line and to predict the total number of votes that design will receive.
Beyond voting, participants can also submit and contribute their own original design concepts to VinFast (in JPEG/PNG format). These community submissions could potentially serve as inspiration or even be developed into actual production models in the future.
To ensure citizens from all parts of the country have an opportunity to participate, VinFast is implementing both online and in-person voting mechanisms. Participants can visit the website www.vinfastpili-pinas.com to view all design concepts, cast their votes, and submit their own proposals. Alternatively, they can submit paper ballots through the Philippine Post Office system or submit online/offline 20 official collection points nationwide (VinFast showrooms and service centers to Vietnamese-themed coffee shops, shopping centers, and public areas). This flexible approach makes the contest accessible, facilitating nationwide participation in shaping the future of the country’s green transportation.
Regarding the prize details, three Grand Prizes will be awarded to participants who most accurately predict the top-ranked design for all VinFast models, while also providing the closest estimate of the total number of votes within the shortest time. Each Grand Prize winner will receive 150,000 pesos.
The program will also feature Main Prizes, honoring participants who accurately predict the top-ranked design for each VinFast model, VF 5, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9. For each model, there will be multi prize tiers: with the value from 40,000 Pesos to 80,000 Pesos.
In addition to rewarding top predictors, the program will offer Raffle Prizes, randomly selected from all eligible participants, each valued at 10,000 pesos.
To further celebrate creativity, Special Prizes will be randomly awarded to participants who submit their own design proposals. Each winner in this category will receive 15,000 pesos.
The voting phase will run from October 24 to November 7, 2025; the judging round will follow from November 8 to November 13; and the Awards Ceremony is scheduled for November 15, 2025.
The contest’s judging panel brings together prominent figures from the Philippines’ creative, artistic, and automotive sectors, including the owner of the renowned car decal brand Decal Lord; street artist and designer Creon Chkn Head; illustrator Gino Roberto; the acclaimed off-road vehicle customization brand Autobot Offroad PH; and a representative from VinFast Philippines.
