VinFast has signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with 13 local dealer partners to develop 27 new showrooms across the Philippines as the electric vehicle maker expands its distribution network in the country.
The new showrooms will be developed across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, covering major areas such as Metro Manila and Cebu, as well as emerging markets including Cagayan de Oro, Tacloban, and Subic Bay.
The expansion is part of VinFast’s goal to establish a total of 60 dealerships in the Philippines by the end of 2026.
The planned showrooms will follow VinFast’s global standards and provide customers with spaces to view and experience its electric vehicles. They will also offer sales and after-sales services.
The 13 dealer partners involved in the expansion are Elite North Auto Cars Inc., MG Gateway Mantrade Corp., Grand Canyon Multi Holdings Inc., Britannica United Motors Incorporated, VF Auto Sto Tomas Inc., GR8 Marketing Motors Inc., ARCMA Motors Corporation, Autonomics Motor Corp., Gershom Car Trading Corp., Areza Motor Sales Inc., Central Auto Resources Inc., Autolink Global Motors Inc., and Greenport Mobility Inc.
According to VinFast, the partners bring experience in automotive distribution and established local networks that will support the expansion of its sales and service operations.
“The Philippines is one of the key markets in VinFast’s long-term growth strategy in the region and globally,” said Antonio Zara, CEO of VinFast Southeast Asia.
The company said the expansion will also support its broader EV ecosystem in the country, including after-sales services and charging infrastructure developed with V-Green and local partners.
With the additional locations, VinFast aims to make its electric vehicles and related services more accessible to customers across the Philippines.
