Grab intros new in-app ‘Emergency’ button

Listen to article

Despite the issues surrounding Grab, the company still prioritizes the safety of its passengers by putting up an ‘Emergency’ button on its app.

You just simply have to tap the ‘Emergency’ button, which can be found on the top right corner when in transit, on the side menu, and on the driver profile screen, to connect to 911. There are also alternate numbers that you can call/text, such as 117 for Patrol and 143 for the Philippine Red Cross.
