
Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) has officially unveiled the updated Honda CR-V during an event at the Glorietta Palm Drive Activity Center in Makati City. The launch introduces an updated version of Honda’s flagship SUV, now offered with two e:HEV full-hybrid variants, alongside a turbocharged gasoline model.

The new CR-V lineup consists of three variants:
CR-V 2.0 RS e:HEV AWD E-CVT
CR-V 2.0 VX e:HEV E-CVT
CR-V 1.5 V Turbo HuNT CVT
Honda said the latest CR-V expands its role from a daily driver into a more versatile vehicle suited for different lifestyles and uses.

Both hybrid variants use Honda’s e:HEV system, combining a 2.0-liter direct-injection Atkinson-cycle engine with a dual-motor setup. The gasoline engine produces 148 PS and 183 Nm, while the electric motors produce 184 PS and 335 Nm.
Fuel economy ratings (UNR-101 test results):
VX e:HEV: 29.4 km/L (urban)
RS e:HEV AWD: 21.3 km/L (urban)
The RS variant also adds Real-Time All-Wheel Drive, designed to improve stability, cornering precision, and traction in wet conditions.
The gasoline 1.5-liter VTEC Turbo engine in the V Turbo HuNT variant produces 190 PS and 240 Nm, with a fuel efficiency rating of 16.4 km/L (extra-urban) under UNR-101 testing.
Each variant also gets distinct styling elements:
RS e:HEV AWD – Piano Black exterior accents and sport-focused details.
VX e:HEV – Hybrid styling elements including Piano Black tailgate spoiler garnish, mirrors, wheels, and rear fog lights.
V Turbo HuNT – Philippines-exclusive HuNT badge, copper exterior accents, black wheel arch garnish, silver front garnish, and running boards.
Inside, all variants include black leather seats. The RS version adds red stitching and RS branding. All variants also feature a leather steering wheel, with RS models getting additional trim details.
The new CR-V comes standard with Honda SENSING, including Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS). All variants also include:

Hybrid variants come with an 8-year or 160,000 km battery warranty, whichever comes first, as part of Honda’s electrification support program.

The updated lineup of the CR-V comes in the following colors, namely, Platinum White Pearl (additional PHP 20,000), Meteoroid Gray Metallic, Canyon River Blue Metallic, and a new Crystal Black Pearl.
As for pricing, the all-new CR-V is priced at the following:
CR-V 2.0 RS e:HEV AWD E-CVT: P2,838,000 (Introductory Price: P2,788,000)
CR-V 2.0 VX e:HEV E-CVT: P2,488,000 (Introductory Price: P2,438,000)
CR-V 1.5 V Turbo HuNT CVT: P2,358,000 (Introductory Price: P2,258,000)

The new CR-V is now available at all 40 Honda Cars dealerships nationwide. Units are also on display at the Glorietta Palm Drive Activity Center until February 10, 2026.
