The brand has pulled the covers on the Aston Martin DBX707 Super SUV and it’s not just another quick SUV, this thing is beefed up in all the right places to give credence to its true performance nature.

Let’s first talk about that iconic exterior design, many thought that an Aston-looking SUV would look interesting, to say the least, but the DBX707 looks like a combination of Beauty and Beast rolled into one hunk of a vehicle. The DBX707 gets a slightly updated exterior design. It features a more muscular and aggressive look thanks to a new front bumper that’s paired with a large grille, redesigned air intakes, as well as a front splitter. The rear remains the same but gets a new roof spoiler and a multi-piece winged diffuser for better aerodynamics.

Under the bulking hood of the DBX707 is a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 that churns out an earth-moving 707 PS and a monstrous 900 Nm of torque. This was made possible because of a  new pair of turbochargers as well as a recalibration of the engine for more boost. This resulted in an additional 157 PS and an extra 200 Nm. The DBX707 also gets new quad-exhausts to be able to belt out that thunderous V8 engine note.

The power is handled by a 9-speed wet dual-clutch transmission and an updated rear e-diff to take care of all that extra engine torque. Its all-wheel-drive system has also been retuned to give better handling and traction feel for those spirited driving moments.

The DBX707 also gets a few chassis upgrades, such as a lightweight cast aluminum subframe and suspension, which are complemented by an adaptive triple-chamber air suspension. This being a performance SUV it also gets  6-piston aluminum calipers at the front and an aluminum sliding piston at the rear to deal with all that bulk.

Inside the DBX707 is another testament to the performance and luxury of the brand, owners will get a 10.25-inch central display complete with a touchpad and dial. It supports Bluetooth, satellite navigation, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, 4 USB ports, and voice control. Other interior goodies include 64-color LED ambient lighting, an 800-watt 14-speaker sound system, a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel, Alcantara headlining, a power tailgate, 40:20:40 split-folding rear seats, acoustic laminated windows, and park assist.

Aston Martin DBX707

The brand is keen to sell at least 3 units of the Aston Martin DBX707 this 2023, and if your interest has been piqued, this beast commands a hefty price tag: PHP 33,500,000. Then again, if you’re looking to save a little bit more money, there’s the regular Aston Martin DBX for a still cool PHP 26,000,000 starting point. 3 units have already been sold and word is that another 2 units are on their way here.

Choices, choices, choices, yes?
