Taguig City to implement new traffic scheme in Acacia Estates Intersection and Grace Residences/Mall Intersection starting March 1

Heads up motorists a new traffic scheme is set to be implemented in Taguig City. The area in question is one of the busier and most congested roads in the city.

According to a post by the official city page on Facebook, “To prevent accidents and to improve traffic, we will implement a “NO LEFT TURN, RIGHT TURN ONLY” traffic scheme in Acacia Estates Intersection and Grace Residences/Mall Intersection along Cayetano Blvd. starting March 1, 2023.”

Furthermore, the city said that this will be an experimental scheme to see and observe if it will improve the flow of traffic in that area.

ACACIA ESTATES INTERSECTION
Motorists are advised to take the following routes:

FROM ACACIA ESTATES GOING TO C-5
– Turn right on Cayetano Blvd.
– Take the U-turn slot at Medical Center (MCT)
FROM VISTA MALL TAGUIG AND TAGUIG CITY HALL GOING TO ACACIA ESTATES
– Take the U-turn slots at Vista Place or at C-5 Service Road
GRACE RESIDENCES/MALL INTERSECTION
Motorists are advised to take the following routes:

FROM C-5 GOING TO GRACE RESIDENCES/MALL
• Take U-turn slot at Medical Center (MCT)
No left turn from Cayetano Blvd. to Grace Mall
No left turn from Cayetano Blvd. to Starbucks
FROM GRACE RESIDENCES/MALL GOING TO VISTA MALL
– Take the U-turn slot C-5 Service Road
