The Sport PHEV boasts a 2.5-liter Series-Parallel Plug-in Hybrid System equipped with a high-output density drive motor. This configuration allows the PHEV to achieve a maximum system output of 302 hp, ensuring seamless and powerful acceleration. The large-capacity lithium-ion battery, strategically positioned beneath the vehicle floor, provides a BEV-mode cruising range suitable for daily use without compromising interior space. A fully charged battery offers a remarkable BEV-mode driving range of 90 km and a hybrid-mode fuel economy of 20.3 km/L, resulting in an impressive total cruising range of 1,200 km or more.

The incorporation of an E-Four electric 4WD system ensures optimal power distribution to all four wheels, enhancing driving stability even in challenging conditions such as snow or rain. Based on the Sport Z grade HEV model, the Sport PHEV features added braces to the floor tunnel for an optimal balance of body rigidity. The Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) system, controlling damping force independently for each wheel, ensures a smooth and stable ride. Paddle shifters contribute to smooth gear shifts, while the front wheels boast 20-inch ventilated disc brakes with exclusive six-piston calipers, enhancing stopping performance and exterior aesthetics.

The Sport PHEV introduces innovative features such as “My Room Mode,” enabling users to enjoy air conditioning and audio systems without running the engine during normal charging. This feature transforms the car interior into an additional room suitable for various activities, including teleworking and relaxation. The vehicle also comes with a standard 1,500W external power supply function, which is useful during emergencies and outdoor activities.

Moreover, the PHEV model supports both standard and rapid charging functions, with rapid charging capable of reaching 80% capacity in approximately 38 minutes. Vehicle to Home (V2H) technology allows the vehicle to serve as a reliable storage battery during blackouts, contributing to a seamless supply and electricity demand.
