Ford PH introduces enhanced Territory Ownership Experience With Territory Assure+

Ford Philippines today launches Territory Assure+, aiming to elevate the ownership experience with enhanced services available to Ford Territory owners.

Territory Assure+ is a comprehensive suite of service initiatives designed to ensure that the Territory ownership experience is convenient and worry-free for both previous and current-generation owners.

Under Territory Assure+, owners can avail of Express Service, which gives them access to fast and reliable periodic maintenance service within just ninety (90) minutes, including car wash.  

Territory Assure+ also covers free Pickup and delivery, where customers can have their vehicles picked up and brought to their preferred location for service maintenance. With pickup and delivery, customers can avail themselves of expert maintenance and door-to-door service. This free service is available within 5 kilometers of Ford dealers in the metro and 8 kilometers of Ford dealers in the provinces. 

Territory owners are also entitled to avail of Mobility Support*, where they can access loaner vehicles from a Ford dealership while their vehicles are under repair for more than a day, keeping them on the road.

Finally, Territory Assure+ allows owners to enjoy Improved Customer Support with a dedicated e-mail address ([email protected]) where they can send their product or service-related queries. This e-mail address is on top of the Ford hotline and social media channels that they can also contact for questions.
