iCAUR PH opens pre-sales for V23 BEV and V27 Golden REEV, with Pioneer Edition for the first 100 buyers of each model

iCAUR has opened pre-sales in the Philippines for the V23 BEV and V27 Golden REEV, ahead of their official local launch in November 2026. Reservations began October 19 through the official iCAUR Philippines website. The pre-sales opening coincides with the iCAUR International User Summit in Wuhu, China, running October 19 to 23.
Pioneer Edition
iCAUR Philippines is offering a Pioneer Edition of both models, limited to the first 100 customers of each. Each unit comes with 10 exclusive gifts, which include a Pioneer Edition Kit, charging equipment, ownership benefits, and purchase discounts. Every V23 or V27 owner in the program also receives an individually numbered badge marking them as an early Pioneer Edition owner. Owners can attach the badge to the vehicle at their discretion.
Pre-sales are currently ongoing until November 9, 2026, or until allocations are filled.
Reservation fees and discounts
Reservation costs are ₱1,000 for the V23 and ₱2,000 for the V27. Qualified V23 reservations get an additional ₱10,000 off the final purchase price, while V27 reservations get ₱20,000 off. Reservation fees are refundable. Customers who proceed with the purchase will have the discount deducted from the final price. These savings are in addition to the charging equipment and ownership privileges included in the Pioneer Edition.
What’s included
Both the V23 and V27 Pioneer Edition packages include the same 10 gifts:
Buyers get a Pioneer Edition Kit, 3M window film for all windows, premium floor mats, a home charging kit, and a Go Anywhere portable charging kit. They also get a subscription to Car Linko, iCAUR’s connected vehicle mobile app, a one-year Care Pass covering preventive maintenance, and three years of roadside assistance. The V23 package includes a ₱10,000 purchase discount upon payment of the ₱1,000 deposit, and the V27 package includes a ₱20,000 discount upon payment of the ₱2,000 deposit. Both packages come with a Battery Health Warranty.
Battery Health Warranty
Under the warranty, the battery will be replaced free of charge if the vehicle’s high-voltage battery State of Health (SOH) falls below 70 percent within the applicable warranty period, subject to terms and conditions. Omoda & Jaecoo Motor Philippines, Inc. (OJMPI) introduced the warranty and says it is the first automotive distributor in the Philippines to announce this level of battery health protection. OJMPI said the coverage reflects its confidence in its battery technology and its focus on long-term reliability as more Filipino motorists consider new energy vehicles.
iCAUR V23
The V23 is a fully electric SUV with upright proportions, round headlights, and a boxy silhouette. iCAUR positions it for customers who want a distinctive design, and says it suits both city driving and weekend trips.
iCAUR V27
The V27 is a larger SUV aimed at buyers who want more space and comfort. It uses iCAUR’s Golden REEV range-extended electric system, where an electric motor drives the vehicle, and an onboard gasoline engine generates electricity when needed. iCAUR says this setup gives the benefits of electric driving with more flexibility on longer trips.
Indicative pricing
iCAUR has given early price indications ahead of the launch. The V23 BEV is around ₱1.5 million for the 2WD variant and around ₱1.8 million for the 4WD. The V27 Golden REEV is around ₱2.1 million for the 2WD and ₱2.5 million for the 4WD. iCAUR will announce final pricing, confirmed variants, and full Philippine specifications at the official launch in November 2026.
Dealer network
iCAUR is also building its local sales and aftersales network. Its first dealerships are planned for Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Makati, Manila Bay, Pampanga and Quezon Avenue, with more outlets expected as the brand expands. Initial dealer partners are Gateway, Britannica United, DC Automotive and Laus Auto Group. The partnerships will include dedicated sales and after-sales facilities that offer vehicle information, product support, maintenance, and ownership support.
