Inchcape Philippines and Stellantis have mutually agreed to end their Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram (CDJR) distribution partnership in the Philippines, effective at the end of June 2027.
The companies said the decision reflects Inchcape’s ongoing approach to portfolio management, with the Group regularly reviewing its brand partnerships to ensure its portfolio remains aligned with business priorities and strategic growth ambitions.
Inchcape said it remains committed to the local market in the Philippines, and will concentrate its investment and capabilities on the areas where it sees the strongest opportunities to drive sustainable long-term growth.
Alex Hammett, Managing Director for South Asia & Pacific at Inchcape, said: “Our priority is to ensure a smooth transition, and we will continue to work closely with Stellantis to support our customers, dealers and partners, while honoring our existing commitments. Our focus is now on continuing to grow our existing portfolio and bringing new products to our customers in the Philippines.”
Inchcape said it values its longstanding relationship with Stellantis and will continue to partner with the OEM in other markets.
