There’s a new Facebook group called Order Hero that helps food delivery riders to find new customers on their canceled food orders.
Created just yesterday, the public group’s aim is to connect GrabFood, LalaFood, Foodpanda, Angkas Food, and other food delivery riders to potential heroes who will serve as new customers. Riders with orders canceled by their previous customers need to upload the official receipt, a screenshot of cancellation of the order, and the goods bought in a specific format. The format indicates the current location of the rider, as well as the item and its price. To avoid confusion, riders should indicate if their post has been saved by a hero.
With two admins and four moderators, the Facebook group has now over 32,000 members.
