SsangYong launches 2020 Tivoli with diesel engine

SsangYong Philippines recently launched its 2020 version of the Tivoli equipped with diesel-powered engines.

There are two variants to the new 2020 SsangYong Tivoli: the 1.6L Diesel Premium AT and the 1.6L Diesel Sport AT. Both sport the same e-XDi160 Turbo Diesel engine with a 6-speed automatic transmission capable of 136PS and 324Nm of torque.

Inside the Tivoli, there’s a 10.25-inch Color TFT display for the console, as well as an 8-inch (premium)/6.2-inch multimedia display. The seats are covered in leatherette (premium) or black fabric (sport) with 6-way manual adjustment.

For safety, the 2020 Tivoli sport is equipped with dual airbags while the premium variant also comes with side and curtain airbags. There are also several smart features and sensors to help with on the road safety such as:

  • Rear Cross-Traffic Alert and Intervention
  • Exit Assist Function
  • Lane Change Assist
  • Blind Spot Detection
  • Safety Distance Alert
  • Front Vehicle Start Alert

The SsangYong Tivoli is available in Cherry Red, Grand White, Platinum Gray, and Silent Silver and is priced at:

  • 1.6L Diesel Sport AT – PHP 1,180,000
  • 1.6L Diesel Premium AT – PHP 1,290,000

    The spec sheet on the Ssangyong 2020 tivoli seems loaded with new tech. Yet I have also read the spec sheet of d same model from other reviewers and showed a lesser tech load( specially your feature on deep control). Have you seen the actual unit of the 2020 tivoli here in the Philippines? Thanks
