Suzuki PH going all out for 8th PIMS, could the Ertiga Hybrid be finally revealed?

This year’s Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) is set to be one heck of an event. Given that this is the return after a four-year hiatus, brands will want to make a splash, one brand, in particular, has a lot of curious eyes set on it; Suzuki.

Suzuki: The Next Generation of Mobility

Suzuki’s theme for this year’s event: The Next Generation of Mobility, is a way for the brand to showcase its latest innovations and initiatives through the design, activities, and well-loved products all set to take the center stage.

Exclusive promos and branded merchandise items will be made available exclusively at the event,  as well as a slew of hosted and self-facilitated games guests can enjoy, including the Wheel of Fortune and Buzz Wire Challenge. Kids can join in the fun as the Safety Scout area will be made available for future road warriors.

In addition, special guests and personalities are set to make appearances during Suzuki’s scheduled 30-minute shows as well, happening at 12:00nn on September 15 and 4:00 pm on  September 17 and 18.

Hello Ertiga Hybrid?

Suzuki will be stationed at Pavilion #2, where it’s set to display its exciting lineup of models (All New Celerio, Dzire, XL7, S-Presso SE, and Jimny), all available for a test drive, including a special model that will showcase the brand’s latest technology.

We’d like to believe that this ‘special model’ is the all-new Suzuki Ertiga Hybrid, more so because they even dropped some teasers on their Facebook page showing a car that looks very similar.

If they do launch the all-new Ertiga Hybrid, it will be a literal game changer as the first hybrid-powered MPV in its class.
