Hyundai Motor Philippines launches Holy Week Roadside Assistance Program

Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) has announced its initiative to prioritize customer safety and peace of mind during the Lenten season with the introduction of the Holy Week Roadside Assistance Program (HWRAP). Scheduled for March 27, 28, and 31, this program aims to provide support to Hyundai owners who may encounter unexpected vehicle issues while on the road during this busy period.

To facilitate this, HMPH will deploy volunteer dealers at strategic locations, offering assistance to motorists facing any unforeseen concerns with their vehicles. The assistance will be available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the specified dates.

Under the HWRAP, all Hyundai owners will be entitled to Roadside Assistance, including a complimentary 23-Point Car Check-Up and a free Global Diagnostic System (GDS) Scan. These services aim to address potential issues promptly, ensuring a hassle-free journey for drivers and passengers alike.

Moreover, HMPH is extending its support beyond basic assistance by offering Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) and light repairs during the same period. This includes access to the ongoing “Driven to Serve Promo,” designed for out-of-warranty aftersales needs, such as oil changes, specifically targeting vehicles sold before 2018.

In a bid to further engage customers, HMPH is inviting interested individuals to explore and test drive the latest models from the brand. This opportunity provides a firsthand experience of Hyundai’s innovative vehicles and technologies.

For full terms and conditions regarding the HWRAP and other services, customers are encouraged to visit the Hyundai website. Additionally, for the latest news and updates, Hyundai Motor Philippines can be followed on Facebook and Instagram (@HyundaiMotorPhilippines).

This initiative by Hyundai Motor Philippines underscores its commitment to customer satisfaction and safety, ensuring that Hyundai owners can enjoy a worry-free travel experience during the Lenten season.
