Its service center spans 2,198 square meters and is equipped with five LCV service bays and two truck service bays to handle both private and commercial vehicle requirements.
IPC President Mikio Tsukui said the company’s dealership upgrades are part of efforts to improve customer care across its network.

“At Isuzu, our commitment goes beyond expanding our reach. We are equally focused on continuously improving our dealership facilities to ensure that every customer receives the same high level of service and care, wherever they may be in the country,” Tsukui said.
He added that the opening of the upgraded Isuzu Sta. Rosa dealership supports IPC’s goal of providing a more consistent ownership experience across its 50 dealerships nationwide.
The dealership is operated by GENCARS Inc., one of IPC’s long-time dealer partners.
GENCARS Inc. President Lerma Nacnac said the upgraded facility would help improve customer satisfaction in Sta. Rosa and the nearby areas.
“This dealership represents our continued investment in providing better service to our customers. With improved facilities and expanded capacity, we are confident that we can further elevate customer satisfaction and meet the growing demands of the Sta. Rosa and nearby communities,” Nacnac said.
IPC said its nationwide network of 50 dealerships provides customers with access to service, genuine parts, and aftersales support across the country.
The company added that its continued dealership modernization efforts support its goal of delivering a more seamless and customer-focused ownership experience for both individual and business customers.
Isuzu also highlighted that it has maintained its position as the Philippines’ top truck brand for more than two decades, supported by its focus on durability, reliability, and aftersales service.
