
Lexus has introduced the latest version of its RZ, a dedicated battery electric vehicle (BEV), in Brussels, Belgium. The updated model will begin rolling out in various regions this year.

The new RZ features a completely redesigned BEV system, offering increased motor output, an extended driving range, and reduced charging times. A key addition is the next-generation Steer-by-Wire system, designed to provide a new level of driving precision. Lexus has also refined the DIRECT4 all-wheel-drive system to enhance handling and responsiveness.

A notable addition to the lineup is the RZ 550e F SPORT, which delivers a maximum system output of 300 kW with higher-performance front and rear motors. This model aims to provide a more dynamic and engaging driving experience. Lexus is also introducing Interactive Manual Drive, a feature that synchronizes acceleration and deceleration with sound to create a more immersive driving sensation.

To improve performance, exterior enhancements include exclusive color options, aerodynamic wheels, and front and rear spoilers. The interior features exclusive seating and aluminum pedals, adding to the vehicle’s sporty feel.
