Bentley unveils the Batur Convertible: The third coachbuilt modern Bentley

Bentley Motors has unveiled its latest creation, the Batur Convertible. It marks the third bespoke Bentley model crafted by Mulliner, the company’s in-house bespoke division. Following the Bacalar Barchetta and Batur coupe, the Batur Convertible showcases Mulliner’s commitment to crafting unique cars tailored to the preferences of its discerning clientele.

Drawing inspiration from Bentley’s rich history of open-cockpit cars, the Batur Convertible features a two-seat grand touring design that seamlessly combines elements from the Bacalar and Batur models. The convertible roof, operable at up to 48 km/h speeds, transforms the car from a luxurious coupe into an open-top Grand Tourer in just 19 seconds.

The car will feature enhancements to the W12 engine, delivering exceptional performance with 739 hp and 1000 Nm of torque, paired with Bentley’s eight-speed double-clutch transmission and a titanium exhaust system.
