Significant PHP 1.40 fuel price rollback today for gas, PHP 0.70 for diesel

Recent trends saw either a hike for both gas and fuel prices or a rollback for one or the other. This week sees a bit of a break and now both are getting a most welcome reduction in cost per liter. As of today, gasoline prices will go down by PHP 1.40 per liter and diesel will see a reduction of PHP 0.70. As always different gas stations will adjust their pumps’ prices at different times, but we can be sure to see lower numbers across the board starting today.

Both gas and diesel fuel prices get rollbacks for this week

We can easily remember the feeling of doom when prices started getting higher and higher. This time around, we get some good news as petrol players are applying a rollback to their products today, April 25, 2023. After some jumps and sporadic reductions, gasoline along with diesel will be cheaper per liter this week.

On the other hand, CleanFuel and Caltex have changed their fuel prices as of 12:01 AM. As of this posting, all brands will most likely have already implemented the fuel price rollback in all their stations.

This is some pretty good news to start the week, indeed. Whether we own 4-wheelers, motorcycles, or commercial vehicles, this week’s rollback will help us just a little bit more to be able to fill up our tanks before the possibility of yet another hike next week.
