Hyundai Philippines launches 24/7 nationwide hotline for roadside assistance

In a move to bolster customer confidence and enhance their driving experience, Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) has introduced a new 24/7 toll-free nationwide hotline. This hotline is designed to address sales and aftersales inquiries and, more significantly, provide immediate assistance to customers facing on-the-road challenges.

Previously, accessing assistance services could be cumbersome. However, with the introduction of the new hotline, customers now have a single point of contact for both landline and mobile inquiries. The landline number is (02)-8868-8000, while the mobile number is 0917-868-9000.

Mr. Cecil Capacete, Managing Director of HMPH, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. “We believe that quality service is crucial in maintaining good relationships with our customers,” stated Capacete. “Our goal is to provide an easy ownership experience, making Hyundai the top choice for customer satisfaction.”

The benefits provided to Hyundai owners through the new hotline include a range of vehicle assistance services, personal and medical assistance, information services, and program details. These services encompass towing, spare key delivery, emergency fuel delivery, minor repairs, battery jumpstarts, accommodation arrangements, continuation of journeys, reimbursement of travel expenses, and various coordination assistance services.

Additionally, owners of Hyundai Palisade, IONIQ 5, and IONIQ 6 models will enjoy all these benefits free of charge for an entire year upon the release of their vehicles. Terms and conditions apply, and standard rates may apply for subsequent years.
